We are expecting!

The secret is out! We are expecting a special delivery.

I am 3 months pregnant. My due date is February 9th 2012.

Fairy, 2 years old wanting to travel...or run away...LOL

Miracles do happen.

Number 4! YaY

I 've had nausea for 1 month now and pretty much house/bed bound. Food grosses me out...everything grosses me out. Oh the joy of pregnancy :)

I was not sick for my last pregnancy, so i am very surprised...I guess all pregnancies are different.

The best Nutella buns recipe and first day of school

I always try to make something yummy for the first day of school. I have a French twist and recipe that i made up on the Cinnamon bun.

Mine is with Nutella. What taste good with Nutella? Bread for sure. Nuts and fruits. I made mine very simple but you can add nuts with the nutella. Drizzle some melted chocolate on the finish product or add some fruit syrup...

Frenchy's Best Nutella Buns recipe

1 cup warm milk

4 1/2 Teaspoon yeast

1/3 cup margarine

1/2 cup granulated sugar

pinch of salt

4 cups flour

2 eggs

I use my bread machine on dough selection.

Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk. Add margarine and ingredients in order given. When done with cycle, place in bowl.

Let rise in bowl 4 times it's original size, until it reaches the top.

Roll on a floured surface, making a rectangle, 1/4 inch thick. Spread nutella.(i don't like it thick but it is up to your taste).

About 1/2 cup.

Roll and cut with floss. cross the floss and cut.

Spray with oil a container, place buns in it. Oven 400 degrees for 12 minutes.

Glaze for Nutella buns 

1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

8 tablespoon margarine

8 ounces Neufchatel cheese (or cream cheese)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

pinch of salt

Cream it all together with mixer.

Add to the fresh from oven buns.

My Fairy is not starting school yet...She wants to :)

They did good for their first day in a new school.

Mimi is wearing a Target shirt and hair band.

Top with raspberries...

Rolls recipe

I have been looking for a roll recipe...I like this one here.

I used my bread maker on dough selection. I just put all the ingredient in order. Liquids on the bottom. Yeast on top. I did the rising in a bowl. 

I replace the butter by olive oil. 

I like them...A lot...with Nutella...LOL

It was enough for 2 diners.

Hubby wanted the Lemon pepper shrimp from P.F Chang....I got the recipe here.

Very yummy!!!

It takes some time but it is worth it.

I mad rice to go with it.

Dr. Phil and Anti-bully movement

Yesterday, i saw the Anti bully Cyberspace's show by Dr Phil. It was very good!

Our technology is advancing so fast and bullies are found in Cyberspace. Facebook, my space, Twitter, etc...

We have to evolve too and adapt to these attacks. Dr Phil is doing something about it and i applaud him!!

Something i learned yesterday:

Never answer back to a bully.

Block them.

Tell an adult if you are a teen.

Schools need to be involved.

I had some experience with bullying. A while ago, i had someone that i did not know sending me a nasty message on Facebook about my religion. I never answered back, block the person and thought to myself...WOW there is nasty people out there!

Like they said on the Dr Phil show...It is not us with a problem...It's the bullies...

Good news

I have some super good news and i even made a cake to celebrate!. It was super amazing and...The kids ate 1/4 out of the freezer...I have to make the cake base again. LOL

It is very easy to make and very French in my eyes :)

Harry Potter is out!!!

I want to read the whole series!

And watch the movie of course!

Floods in Utah and kids splashing

We had mega floods in Utah this spring. Utah is a desert, i know, crazy. They have a drought in so many places and here we have %500 more water. 

We had a flood Saturday in the street...of course the kids loved it!

French toast, pain perdu recipe

I have been so spoiled. Hubby has been making French toasts for breakfast. I love the aroma in the house. It just makes me happy in the morning. They are so delicious!

I have to have good  and real Maple syrup, Spring tree has a great one!

My Dear friend gave me Fresh eggs...They taste marvelous! I miss having chickens and fresh eggs.

Hubby says...5 eggs, a little bit of milk and cinnamon powder. Dip the bread on both sides. Cook on both sides.

In France Pain perdu means "lost bread". We use old bread, too hard to eat. Mostly Country loafs, French Baguette and of course sandwich bread.

My "oh really" Moments from last week

Siblings writing things on the youngest...Like "Krap"...Even the oldest wrote the alphabet...Oh really?!

Making 2 not healthy lunches and she still doesn't eat it...Oh really?!

Oreos in a bag, in the bedroom on my white chair. Oh really?!
